Youth Protection Policies

At AME, the safety of our youth athletes is our top priority. We have strict youth protection policies in place to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and supportive environment. These policies cover:

  • Background Checks for Coaches & Volunteers: All AME coaches, volunteers, and staff undergo thorough background checks to ensure they meet our high standards of safety and integrity.
  • Mandatory Training: Coaches and volunteers are required to complete training on topics such as youth protection, mental health first aid, and conflict resolution.
  • Confidential Reporting: We provide a confidential reporting system for any concerns related to safety or well-being, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
