Our after-school basketball program is more than just training—it’s a journey that builds skills, discipline, and a love for the game, all while preparing middle school students for the challenges and opportunities of high school basketball.

Basketball Fundamentals:

Strength, Conditioning & Injury Prevention:
- What’s Included: Exercises tailored to improve agility, endurance, and flexibility while minimizing injury risks.
- Why It Matters: Conditioning is essential for maintaining peak performance throughout a season.
Leadership Development:
- What’s Included: Activities that emphasize teamwork, communication, and leading by example.

High School Readiness:

Program Details
- Ages: Middle school boys and girls (6th-8th grade).
- Schedule:16 sessions over 3 months, every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
- Location:TBD (to be announced closer to the program start date).
- Program Dates: September 2025 – December 2025.
- Cost:$550 for the full program.
